1. If you received damaged or defective items, we will gladly replace it for free. To return an item, please contact us.
2. Return or refund requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.
3. All items must be in original packaging and condition as received.
4. Return shipping cost paid by buyer.
Please note our policy:
1. Any import duties, taxes, charges, etc are paid by buyer.
2. Powerbanks require special handling & shipping which might delay in receiving your order.
3. In case of any technical error or out of stock products, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your full money.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed after the items have been received and inspected.
2. Returns must be sent to our China warehouse within 14 days of receiving the order with an online tracking no.
3. All unbranded/generic items purchased are solely at buyers responsibility
4. Return shipping package must be insured, we are not responsible for lost packages or customs in your country – in that case no refunds will be issued.
